Mmmmm, the coconut is probably our most beloved in Mmmmm, the coconut is probably our most beloved ingredient. We use the milk to make curry, add the dried flesh to our granola and desserts...but how about eating it fresh? Green or otherwise? A little sweetened coconut milk drizzled atop fruit in a bowl with bits of fresh coconut...not bad at all! Now if only we were in Belize or St. Vincent (where our Grandmother's are from) to really and truly get it fresh!!⁠
