Butternut Squash Soup

  • 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Style Seasoning
  • 1 Butternut Squash
  • 1 can Coconut Milk


  1. Cut and boil the butternut squash with the skin still on it. Boil until the flesh is soft enough to break apart when poked with a spoon. 

  2. Scoop the flesh out of the skin and place in a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. No further cooking is required, just serve hot!
