Old Style Crumble Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Yellow cornmeal
  • 2 Cups All purpose flour
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Brown sugar
  • 4 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Cup Vegetable oil
  • 3 Cups Water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl, and the wet in another. Then combine, and pour into a glass pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and serve.
