Pizza Dough

The perfect soft pizza crust for any vegan pizza!

  • 7 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbs Brown sugar
  • 4 1/2 tsp Dry yeast
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbs Vegetable oil
  • 3 cups Warm water


  1. Combine flour, sugar, yeast and salt in a bowl with a hand mixer. After combining well, while the mixer is running add water and oil and mix until dough forms a ball.

  2.  Kneed into a firm ball and place into a clean, greased bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and leave it at room temperature for an hour to rise. Once risen, divide dough into 4 large balls and cover it with plastic wrap again. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

  3. Preheat oven to 375 F. Kneed dough and roll out into large circles, about the size you want your pizza. Place into oven for about 25-30 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool.
